This Apartment is perfectly placed, facing Place des Cordeliers - the heart of the Historic Old Town, is very bright & luminous with large windows (dual aspect) and recently refurbished. A short walk away is the very popular port at Dinan and there are 5 fine restaurants within one minute's walk.

Parking is available just around the corner in various squares, which only charge between 9-12 and 2-7pm (Mon-Sat). Free parking about 300 yards away just outside the medieval walls and there's a 10 minute stopping point right outside for loading/unloading.

No need for a car for shortish breaks as everything in Dinan is a few minutes' walk away - regular and very cheap (approx 3 euros) bus routes to the beautiful capital city of Rennes and to the coast (St Malo, Dinard and beyond). The railway station has routes to Dol de Bretagne and St Malo, amongst others.

The Apartment is on the 1st floor and accessed via a beautiful wide and shallow oak staircase approx 200 years old.

Living/Dining Room: Lounge has 3 large windows providing a double aspect and swathes of natural light. There is a two-seater sofabed, a large chest of drawers, an in-built bookshelf housing various novels, CDs and DVDs, an extending dining table, chairs and DVD/CD player. Two large radiators keep the room as warm as desired.

Bedroom: The bedroom is curtained off from the hallway and has a metal standard double bed with bedside tables, lamps, in-built wardrobe area with hanging rail and storage, full-length mirror and wall heater. Two walls are lit by brass French sconces.

Bathroom: The en-suite bathroom comprises in-built shower, WC and washbasin, electric towel rail, mirror and shelving for towels etc.

Kitchen: The kitchen comprises new fitted kitchen units, an electric oven with hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and spot-lighting on each side of the work surface. Large window overlooking cobbled Rue de la Lainerie, leading down to the port.

Dinard airport (Pleurtuit)is only 10 miles/18 mins by car from Dinan and there are always taxis available. There is a bus service from nearby Pleurtuit town to Dinan (arrival stop only 150 metres from the Apartment). Ryanair flies into Dinard from Stanst

All rates are in Euros.

A non refundable deposit of 25% of the rental cost must be paid within 5 days of making your provisional reservation. The balance must be paid not less than 6 weeks prior to the client’s arrival at the Property. Holiday cancellation insurance should be taken out upon reservation.

All cancellations must be notified to Getaway Brittany in writing/email and the date this correspondence is received by Getaway Brittany will be used to, where applicable, calculate any refund the holiday maker is due.

Where the booking is can celled the following cancellation charges are payable by the holiday maker. Number of days before start of holiday when cancellation is notified to the Agent. Cancellation charge as % of total holiday price: 70+ day = 30%, 35-69 days = 50%, 35 – 0 days = 100%. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. Claims must be made direct to the insurance company concerned.
