On the first floor of 13 rue de la Fontaine, the T2 45 m² was renovated in 2010. There is a bed for 2 people and 1 single bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. It is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, a dishwasher, flat screen TV and WIFI free. A private parking 30 meters from the apartment is included in the rent.
