i) Booking and keys The agreement is binding for both parties whit an email confirmation from LM apartment Services. After the visit is finalized the keys will be recovered by LM apartment Services and a check will be done of the apartment status. When deposit it is to be delivered upon arrival. Access to the apartment is from 15.00 on access day if other agreement has not been reached. Please note that cleaning can occur as late as 18.00. iii) The Apartment equipment. The apartment is rented fully furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. In the apartment. description the equipment available can be seen. LM apartment Services is not responsible for the guests' private belongings during the visit, therefore please make sure you have a relevant insurance. Departure cleaning is included in the rent, but we ask you to have all dishes washed and the garbage emptied before you leave the apartment. vii) Conditions. During the visit the guest agrees to: take good care of the apartment and its contents. Please respect other guests in the building and common areas as well. To take responsibility for costs in conjunction with possible damage on the apartment and the inventory. not without LM apartment Services special written consent allow more than four people sleep in the apartment. to not without LM apartment Services special written consent keep pets in the apartment to allow LM apartment Services representative access to the apartment during the rental period for inspection. Any claim to compensation for flaws in the apartment will only be paid if the faults were reported on location.

Booking cancellation. Cancellation is to be done via e-mail. The cancellation has to be confirmed in written form by LM apartment Services to go into effect. - If cancellation is earlier than 21 days prior to access the full rental amount is returned - if cancellation is later than 21 days prior to access the rental amount is returned if the apartment is rented to another guest in the allotted period, minus whatever rebate the new guest was given.

vi) Payment : 30% of the rental is to be paid within one week. The rest latest 21 days before arrival. When booking later than 21 days before the visit the rent shall be paid immediately and a maximum of three days after booking.
