Ideally located in the middle of the Marais district, in a quite street just beside the suggestive pedestrian Sainte-Catherine Square, this lovely and comfortable 20 sqm is at the 5th French floor of 18th century walk up building and it sleeps 2 people.

Marais is a neighborhood in constant evolution and revolution: semi-marshland in ancient times, it gradually became an agricultural zone, a religious settlement, and home to many magnificent palaces and squares; afterwards it became known for a progressive decline that led it, in the not so distant past, into poverty.

The neighborhood has recently undergone a transformation as it responds to the demands of the well to do who have re-discovered it. The apartments have been transformed into little gems of design, witnesses to the past but in step with modern times.

This apartment is ideally located in the middle of the Marais district, in a quite street just beside the suggestive pedestrian Sainte-Catherine Square.

All the Rates are in Euros.
Once the availability of the apartment has been confirmed, you will receive the rental agreement and payment instructions.
It will be required to pay 50% of the total rent (for staying shorter than a month) or 50% of the first month rent (for staying longer than a month).
At the check-in, the remaining part of the rent (or, of the first month of rent for staying longer than 1 month) will be required together with a security deposit of 1 month rent, fully refunded at the exit if there won't be problem in the flat.
Electricity and phone consumption are not included.
Methods of payment accepted: bank money transfers, credit card and cash.

For rentals of less than 90 days, it is possible to purchase an insurance option protecting against possible cancellation or termination of the stay in line with the conditions provided for in the policy (serious illness, accident, death, severe damage to one’s home, loss of job, job relocation, and labor strikes).
This contract guarantees the restitution of paid monies and unpaid rental payments of up to a maximum of 15,000.00 euro.
Specify on the request if you are interested in this option and we will provide you with the extra cost of this option and will send you the necessary information in order to enroll.
This option is not available for stays exceeding 3 months.
For stays exceeding 90 days or for shorter stays in which the insurance option was available but not accepted, the reservation deposit will be forfeit in the event of cancellation before tenant’s entry in the apartment.
In the event of termination of the stay following entry in the apartment, the tenant must communicate his/her intention by recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery (certified mail with return receipt) at least 2 months prior to the date of termination, during which time the tenant will be responsible for making the required rental payments.

Rates are Subjected to Change without Prior Notice.
An additional cleaning fee can be discretionally applied if the conditions of the flat are not judged "satisfactory" at the check out.
