Ground floor self-contained flat, part of a house built in 1896 and has an acre of land with orchard, field and vegetable garden plus flower gardens, many grape vines and two wells. It is split level and on the very edge of a quiet rural village. Sleeps 2/3. This part of the house has been fully renovated within the last year and designed to accommodate wheelchair users offering a single electric medical bed and shower chair. Outside there is a private garden, access to orchard and field and an above ground swimming pool, shared with owner.

Bedroom has one double bed and one single bed.
Wet room style bathroom with shower. Laundry room is off bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. Fully equipped modern kitchen with electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee percolator, toaster.
Living room has cane furniture with two seater sofa and two armchairs. There is basic Sky TV for English channels plus French TV, video and DVD player. There is also a portable radio. In one corner there is a dining table with four chairs. Bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning done by owner on weekly basis . Pets accepted. Cot available. Room fans. Wifi internet access. Electric radiators.
