This apartment in the Golden Gate Building is a perfect choice for either summer or business rental in the center of Cannes. It is on the ground floor with a large terrace and a shared swimming pool and gardens. The apartment is 200m from the beach and is a 10 minute walk along the Croissette to the Palais des Festivals. The apartment has been
furnished to a high standard and is decorated in a modern, comfortable style. The American style kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dish washer, washing machine, double sink, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and a four ring hob. It also has an iron, ironing board and
hair dryer available. There is a spacious living/dining area which leads out onto the terrace.

There is also access to the terrace from both bedrooms. The terrace is furnished to seat 6 and has 2 sun loungers. It also has electric blinds if you don't like the evening sun. The master bedroom contains 2 single beds with en-suite bathroom. The second
bedroom has a double bed also with a bathroom off it and a separate wc. Both bedrooms have wooden floors. Both marble bathrooms are decorated to a very high standard and have been fitted with heated towel rails. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which can be converted into a double bed.

It is not necessary to hire a car and if you wish to explore the Cote D'azur the train station is a 10 minute walk away and takes you all along the coast. There is an express bus which will take you from the airport onto the Croisette. This takes approximately half an hour and it is a ten minute walk to apartment from the bus stop. There is also a bus
(not express) that goes from the airport via Nice and stops directly across the road from the apartment.

Nearest Airport - Nice - 35 minute drive. Can also take bus from Airport direct to Cannes. Taxi costs about €75. Can organise private transfer to apartment. Once in Cannes you do not require a car unless you want to explore the Riveria.

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. This will be returned if booking cancelled a month or more in advance of arrival. Balance of payment required 1 week prior to arrival. There is also a €500 euro breakage/damage deposit which will be returned following inspection of apartment.

Prices may be negotiable up to 2 weeks prior to arriving.

Prices are not valid for any major congresses.

Bookings are generally saturday to saturday. However this is flexible and can be discussed. Arrival and departure between 11am and 4pm.
