This 2 Bedroom Brittany Gite known as Ker Arthur is situated on a enchanting cobbled street near to the Port of Dinan surrounded by traditional Breton houses.

The apartment comprises a bright and airy living room, dining area and kitchen on the first floor. The living room which is situated at the front of the property is graced with large windows over looking the cobbled street lined with traditional Breton houses dating back to the 1400's. For your comfort the living room is furnished with a 3 seated lounge, 2 arm chairs, TV with English and French channels available, WIFI internet connection, laptop computer, DVD player and stereo system.

This open plan room leads into the dining area and fitted, fully equipped kitchen consisting of electric cooker and hob, electric oven, microwave oven, large fridge with separate freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

From the kitchen a French door leads from onto a private terrace and garden with BBQ and outdoor furniture. The second floor comprises bedroom 1, furnished with a double bed, dressing table and wardrobe, while bedroom 2 is a twin with a six drawer and half size wardrobe combination.

The bedrooms are separated by the bathroom comprising a bath/shower, toilet and hand basin. Linen and towels are provided to all guests.
