Ideally located in the heart of old town, this apartment has a decoration (wooden beams, stone walls, 4 meters below the ceiling) in a 18th century building (known as Simon hotel) 100 m from the Loire. Ideal base for visiting the chateau x of the Loire (Amboise, Chenonceau, Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon) and Clo's Luce. The Vineyards of Vouvray, Chinon, Bourgueil, etc. Many steps gourmet nearby.

Tours is 200 km from Paris by motorway A10 and 1 hour from Paris-Montparnasse by TGV. There are direct TGV from Roissy-Charles de Gaulle arriving in Tours 1:30 about.

All rates are in Euro.

A damage deposit of €400 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages.

We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, garage door openers, parking passes etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles.

You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules.

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of 100 €.

For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one week rent.

There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

On Departure: All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months.

All trash should be bagged and disposed off in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.
