B&B Guesthouse in Saint Priest sous Aixe Details

Charming cottage on an island of the Vienne + pool: Detached cottage of great comfort for 4-7 people, with indoor pool, nestled behind the studs in an old mill glaze on an island of the Vienne. The cottage is located on the water in the old kilns in the pulp mill Daumail porcelain dating from the 13th century is isolated and without common ownership. It is accessed by a large covered terrace and a bridge.

Entering: On the right, a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, fridge and freezer and all the household equipment possible. On the left a little room with 2 single beds, a bathroom and separate wc.

Opposite: A lounge with panoramic views over the river from the 2 leather sofas, a small desk, radio and satellite television.
On the right the dining area can also enjoy the panoramic view of river. On the left, separate wc and a large bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. The cottage is surrounded by a terrace overlooking the River.

The garden is at the water's edge with barbecue, table, chairs and sun beds. Canoeing, kayaking, boating, are available. The river is very wide and shallow, it is stony, provide water shoes to walk around on foot. A table football and table tennis are available on the terrace entrance. Baby seat available.

Covered in the greenhouse, pool tile glass paste with swim against the current (9 x 5 x 1.1) processed without chlorine is reserved exclusively to the lodging. Optional heating depending on season. Outside the house, overlooking the interior patio, a small room with extra single bed, bathroom and toilet is optional, and a Junior Suite with double bed, shower and toilet.

Breakfasts for the first morning are provided and included in the price and any clothes. Beds are made upon arrival.
