Totally rebuilt "porcherie"; 65m2. A ground floor apartment with private terrace for outside dining shaded by one of our many grapevines for you to enjoy. Living/dining/kitchen combined. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, etc. Radio/tape/CD player, IPOD docking station-plays, recharges and includes alarm clock.

Set in a large landscaped yard, our 6 by 12 meter pool is completely surrounded by a large patio complete with lounge chairs and tables.You can enjoy meals cooked on the poolside BBQ or in the wood burning pizza oven.

The garden was recently landscaped to include a large herb patch for your enjoyment, as well as three 150 year old olive trees.

Airports – We are 15 minutes from Avignon and 45 minutes for either Nimes or Marseille.

Rental cars are available at all airports but we can arrange collection to and from any airport if required.

Payment can be in made in Euro or Pound Sterling. Please consult us by e-mail for your currency equivalence.

All bed sheets and linens are supplied. Cleaning occurs once per week.

Whilst we do not ask for a damage/breakage deposit we do ask you to notify us immediately of any damage or breakages however we do ask that you replace items that have been broken of a similar quality.

We reserve the right to charge for any excess damage outside of normal wear and tear.

Guests are asked to clean their gite before vacating, but we understand if you choose not do so. If you elect not to, we charge at a rate of 15£ per hour. Cleaning takes between 2 and 5 hours depending upon the size of the gite and the state in which it is left.

For those staying more than a week, we provide a clean set of sheets and towels at the end of every week. Cleaning of gites throughout your stay is available upon request.

Should you have to cancel your booking we will give you a full refund less any bank/paypal fees only on the proviso that we are able to re-book the gite for that period.

We are happy to provide a written statement for insurance claims. Note; we are happy to transfer your booking to a further date at no extra charge but any additional costs for a different seasonal rate will need to be paid.
