The condo is situated on a large sandy beach accessible in 2mins by foot.This very pretty house of 52m2 on two floorsis situated at 80m from this beautiful beach.Eat outside on the covered terrace which gives to a private garden with palm trees,oleanders and bouganvillia or indoors with large sliding glass doors which lead to a small yard with b-b-q.

Inside is open plan, not very large but very cosy with TV,radio,CD.The kitchen area is very well equiped with washing machine,dish washer,fridge,freezer,micro wave oven,coffee maker,toaster,2electric rings,etc.

There is a well furnished shower room with wash basin and WC.Upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds(140).On the terrace is teak dining table and chairs,two deckchairs also chairs for the beach.In the garden there is a shower for rincing off after the salt and sand.

Nearest airport is Bastia Poretta 25kms,follow signs for Porto Vecchia RN198.5kms after Folelli you will see a gas station on your right, just before this on your left there are tennis courts and a large roundabout which is the entrance to Alba Serena.Fol

A deposit of 30% of the rental price to be paid on reservation,the balance to be paid on arrival at the property.

The deposit will be refunded up to 3 months before the start date of the holiday,2 months before 70%,1month 50%after 1month unless death or illness the deposit will be retained.

A caution of 230€ to be paid on arrival to cover any damage caused during the vacation,this will be returned at the end if all is OK.The house is to be left clean and tidy,if this is not the case the sum of 40€will be deducted from the caution.
