In the heart of the village of Holtzheim, not far from the impressive Strasbourg Cathedral but also only 5 minutes from the wine yards of Alsace, the Cottage enjoys an ideal geographical situation to explore the wealth of the region's cultural, artistic and gastronomic heritage. On a single storey covering a surface area of 100 m2, the Cottage comprises four rooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Fully renovated in 2007, it offers high quality amenities and immaculate interior design : the paintings that decorate the walls are changed regularly as the owner of the property, Nathalie, is taken by her inspiration.

The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (160x200), wardrobes, shelves and storage cupboards. Spacious, with high quality bedding, they both have a garden view. If after a busy day, you want to relax in front of the box, they are equipped with a television.

A wash stand, a corner bath and a generously sized shower make the bathroom a pleasant place to unwind. The contrast created by combining the natural Grey stone on the floor with bathroom fittings in wight enamel give the whole a feeling of elegant restraint. For your added comfort, the toilet is separate. And so that you can "travel light", a washer-drier, an iron and an ironing board are provided.

Full of light and with a surface area of around 30 m2, it is a good size. A raised area with two steps and a wood-burning stove mark the separation between the sitting room and the dining area. The couch can be converted into two double bed. A French window provides direct access to the gardens. A television, a DVD player, a selection of films? not to mention a HiFi system, a cable and WiFi Internet connection, board games and a few books will keep you entertained if the weather is bad. A desk is provided for our more studious guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped to keep food-lovers happy and contains the usual white goods: traditional pyrolysis oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. It also contains all the small kitchen equipment need from day to day: citrus press, toaster, mixer.

The Cottage is in a wonderfully peaceful setting between two walled gardens planted with trees. The first can be found next to the kitchen and is provided with comfortable garden furniture to enjoy your lunch in the sunshine.

Holtzheim station 1km away, TGV station in Strasbourg 12km away, Busstop 100 m away, Airport 5 km away, Cycle tracks starting in Holtzheim.

All rates are in euros.
All prices are for 2 to 6 people. All charges included. Pets accepted on request.

From the first to the 6th night:-
1st night € 120, 2nd night € 120, 3rd night € 120, 4th night € 100, 5th night € 100, 6th night € 100.
Per week (7 nights): € 700 and € 90 per extra night.
You will receive a contract for each booking. A 30% deposit will be requested by cheque in euros, or by bank transfer when the contract is returned. The balance is payable on arrival. A security deposit of € 300 will be requested.
