Le Logis des Quatre Puits (the dwelling of the four wells) is a beautiful Country Manor House set in its own 85 acre estate of pasture and woodland of oak, chestnut and pine. It is recorded in local documents as dating back to the 15th century. It is bordered by a river, Le Palais, and guests are welcome to walk through the estate and enjoy the natural calm.

We offer a friendly welcome to guests for three self-catering Gîtes (apartments), five Bed and Breakfast rooms and vegetarian meals on request. We have a salt water outdoor pool, two games rooms (table tennis and pool), a field for ball games, a library and several bikes available for guests. Nearby is a lake with sandy beach, boats and a cafe.

Well furnished and beautifully decorated, La Fanchon is light and airy and has everything needed for a superb holiday. It has three bedrooms and a private terrace.
Cots and high chairs are available on request.

The estate is situated between Bordeaux and Angoulème and is easily accessed from Bordeaux, Bergerac, La Rochelle or Limoges airports, or from train stations in Chalais, Bordeaux or Angoulème.

We ask for a 30% deposit on booking and the balance to be paid no less than 8 weeks before the start of the booking.

A security deposit of 250 euros is required in case of damage to the property or its contents.

The 30% deposit is non-refundable.

The balance is refundable if the owners are able to relet the property.

The occupancy must not exceed the stated maximum.
