You are welcomed into a furnished holiday recently, fully equipped and renovated retaining the rural style of country houses in southern Aveyron. While driving on the roads of this area, you can discover a natural region with scenic landscapes, the Causses and Cévennes , recently classified World Heritage of UNESCO . The cottage can welcome 7 to 8 p. (8 max). The cottage is in a hamlet, named Vic , quiet and rest assured, 3 km from a village with all amenities.
The cottage has :
- a living-kitchen (hob, extractor, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge), arranged in a setting in the old (rustic beams, stone, stone sink), wood stove, sofa.
- on the floor, two rooms: a separate bedroom (bed 140) and a bedroom with sofa bed. Reading area, TV freeview, DVD player + Bathroom/WC.
- for the young, a large attic room of 35 m2 (4 bed 90) accessible by a retractable staircase.
Possibility of storage of various equipment or bicycles + washing machine in basement of 25 m2.
Electric heating + wood stove (wood provided) => guaranteed comfort in winter.
Private parking and space for barbecue and garden furniture to the cottage.
