« Lauzanac » is situated in the Dordogne area at 3 km from the medieval village of EYMET, 20 km from Bergerac and its airport, 100 km from Bordeaux and its airport.
Luxury self catering cottage with private pool, in the countryside of the medieval village of Eymet near Bergerac. Very comfortable, cosy and spacious. We can welcome 2 to 8 people with 3 bedrooms with en-suite. Nice for a family or for 1 or 3 couples of adults. Come and meet the animals of the farm. For the lovers of the nature or the fishermen, the river Dropt is just down the lane and there is also a big reservoir with a path around for walking afternoons.
Eymet is a lovely bastide with its typical arcades on the square. Lots of cafes and restaurants. Famous market each thursday morning since 1270. Eymet is not far from the famous villages and towns like Bergerac, Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Lascaux, Rocamadour, Bordeaux or St Emilion ... the castles : Monbazillac, Biron, Lanquais, Castelnaud ... the medieval villages : Issigeac, Monpazier, Monflanquin, Villeréal ... the food : foie gras, confit, magret, cèpe or truffes ... the good wine : St Emilion, Bordeaux, Médoc, Monbazillac, Duras, Bergerac or Pécharmant.
Prices are in Euros. From €460 to €1540 per week depending on the season. Changeover day are on Friday during summer and any other day the rest of the year.
Special long winter lets price between september and march. Internet access for free (high speed) and satellite tv (English channels).

Lauzanac cottage is at 20 km far from Bergerac airport, 100 km far from Bordeaux airport and 200 km far from Toulouse airport.

We only accept €.

We confirm the reservation as soon as we receive a 30% deposit. The balance has to be paid 6 weeks before the arrival.

We ask a damage deposit of 300 €.

You have to take a special insurance in case of cancellation. We do not reimbourse the deposit.
