Situated amidst scenic beauty, offering excellent facilities, our three bedroom retreat is ideal for up to six vacationers. The bedrooms are well furnished and bathroom is neatly appointed as per modern amenities. To take care of your culinary demands, the kitchen is fully equipped as well.

The living room has a TV. You are free to bring your pets along with, but you may need to shell out five euros per day per animal. Wireless Internet access is also available for you to surf the web and or be in touch with friends or family through emails. A stay at our home can also be made vibrant by enjoying a hiking trail.

• Deposit by check or € 750 cash deposit: 750 €

• Tourist tax: 1.10 euros / night / person

• Up to 4 nights prices shown are prices per night. From 5 nights is the price of the week is displayed.

• Our rates are decreasing, the more you stay the higher the price of the night or the week lower.

• When a stay is prolonged beyond a number entire week, the price of extra days is prorated price for the week.

Methods of Payment

• Stay for a total of less than 4 weeks: Payment of the total rental price at the time of the keys, after deduction of the deposit.

• Living in a total of more than 4 weeks: Payment of the rent for the first 4 weeks at the keys. Your next payment will be held at the beginning of each new period of 4 weeks. The deposit will be deducted from the last period of stay.

• Payments will be accepted only by check or cash.

• The owner will confirm within 24 or 48 hours maximum rent or he will refuse. If accepted you will specify in the message how to adjust the deposit of 25% of the stay, or by check to the order and mailing address, or by paypal.

• Then it is your responsibility to immediately pay the deposit. From sending the response from the owner the option of booking is extended for 24 hours in case of request for payment by paypal and 48 hours in case of request for payment by mail (send a check ).

• The pending booking is a definite reservation from the time the owner has received the deposit

• Your host or owner, you confirm receipt of the deposit by email. Special case: if there is agreement with the owner it can accept a deposit payment by bank transfer after providing their bank details.

• Note: For stays longer than 8 weeks down payment may be limited to two weeks rent. Make direct contact with the owner.

Cancellation of a trip after a deposit

• More than 4 weeks before arrival: full refund of the deposit.

• Less than 4 weeks before arrival: refund (partial or total) of the deposit only if the reserved room or apartment has been leased back to another person (for a similar period and the same price for a full refund of the deposit).
