This exceptional property is situated south of Nevez at Tremorvezen, approximately 1.2 km of walk from Rospico beach and 2km walk from Raguenez beach via paths. With its spacious and enclosed garden, it is an ideal and safe property for children.

There is a fully equipped and modern kitchen / utility room and a spacious dining area with seating for eight. There is a double bedroom complete with shower and wash hand basin on the ground floor. The ground floor has a comfortable lounge with TV (BBC satellite) & DVD, two seater & three seater couches and electric stove. Also on the ground floor is a shower room and separate WC. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, spacious 'children bedroom' with four bunk beds & cot and bathroom with WC & bath/shower. There is a patio area equipped with garden furniture and block built barbecue. There are children swings & seesaw in the garden.

All rates in Pound Sterling.

All rents are inclusive of Gas, Water and Electricity charges unless stated otherwise in details. Heating will be charged separately in Winter months.

Properties have been prepared for your arrival and guests are required to properly clean before they depart. If you are unable to we can be arrange it for you at a charge of €15 per hour. Please call Marion by mid week to arrange this. A charge will be deducted from the security deposit if properties are not left clean.

All charges are payable on arrival in France.

Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques.

Heating will be charged separately in Winter months.

Changeover Day: SUNDAY - vacate by 10.00am/available from 4.00pm.
