Situated in private road 100 m from sea and 5 mins walk from village of St Jean, shops and restaurants. Closest beach 5 mins walk and house situated at the beginning of walk leading around the cap to lighthouse and beyond to Villefranche. Cap Ferrat is half way between Nice and Monaco.
