Situated in St Jeanette,next to Vence, on French Riviera, amidst the renowned golden triangle of the Cote D'Azur, in the south of France, this magnificent 200 sqm villa is situated only 15 min by Car to Nice airport and the Beach. It has a magnificent 180 degree sea view from east to south west, from Cap Ferrat to Cap de Antibes, over surrounding natural forest, a vine yard and old Chateau, as well as the high Alps. Surrounded by nature in a conservation area, the villa offers total privacy and quietness. It is only a 10 minutes walk to the old charming village of St Jeannet and 6 km to Vence and Saint Paul de Vence. The nearest supermarket is 2 km and the airport is a convenient 14 km.

Nice International Air port is only 20 minutes away from the Villa, or some 12 km by road.

All rates are in Euro.A deposit of 20 % is required on reservation. A further 30 % is due 60 d. prior to arrival, and the balance 50% is due 30 d prior to arrival. A Change over cleaning fee (Cleaning the Villa from A to Z, plus provision of fresh towels & bed linen for the next arriving visitor) of eur 190/rental( It´s a large 200 sqm Villa) as well as a security deposit of eur 300 is due on arrival. Special discounted long term rental rates are available during the period mid October to end of Marsh. ASK THE OWNER. Last minute rental discounts may be available 2-3 weeks prior to arrival. The security dep will be returned on departure subject to no damage done. A travel insureance is recomended, to cover any unfortunate issue. Change over days are SATURDAYS. You are expected to arrive between 4 and 8 p.m, and depart before 10 a.m. on Saturdays. During the Off season arrivals and Departures may be available during other week days, subject to availability. Arrival & Departure time are the same 4-8 p.m and 10 a.m.
