The accommodation has been created in a 17th century stone cottage. Four comfortable Bed & Breakfast rooms with en-suite facilities including a family room.

In the heart of magnificent countryside, on 5 acres of grounds, with garden and lake, make the most of your holiday to discover 3 areas : Corrèze, Lot and Dordogne. Wide choice of activities : sporting (hikes, cycling, canoeing, horse riding, golf, fishing, swimming ...) and cultural (visit villages classifies as the most beautiful villages in France, castles, churches, a slate quarry, caves ...).

The Correze is a land of nature, land of traditions and art, land of gorges, green valleys, rivers and lakes, land of great sites and of course land of good living.

Rates are quoted in EUROS.

A deposit of 25 % of the total price of the stay with a minimum of one night’s rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking.

Full payment is due on arrival.

additional services such as meals are paid at the end of the stay.

Personal checks (if French), bank transfers and cash are accepted forms of payment

Prices : 69.90 euros per night (room and breakfasts for 2).

Promotions : For a 3-night stay there is a 10 euros reduction per night.

For a 4-night stay one night is free.

Payment by French cheque or cash

For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of 50 % of the deposit.

For cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival there are no refunds of the deposit. Travel insurance is advised.

The owner will ensure that guests get the best possible welcome and will greet guests personally providing anything that will facilitate the guests' stay including information about the region.

The guest makes a booking for a particular period and has no right to remain on the premises after the end of that period.

The reservation becomes effective as and when the owner has received the deposit.

The guest must arrive between 4 pm and 7 pm or inform the owner if the arrival is at a different time. Departure must take place before 11 am.

Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the guesthouse and use it for its intended purpose. The rooms must be left in a good state.

The reservation is made for a specific number of persons. Should more people arrive, the owner can refuse to accommodate the additional people.

This refusal cannot be considered as a modification of the contract or as a breach of contract from the owner and therefore no refund will be made.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their deposit.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.
