Fantastic country views, private inground heated swimming pool, table tennis, boules, badminton and riverside fishing on site. This superb property offers 220m² of living accommodation, the large farmhouse kitchen with fitted units and appliances, including a gas hob and electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and fridge/freezer The dining area easily seats 10. The oak beamed lounge is spacious and has comfortable seating areas, overlooking the terrace and garden. There is a 80cm flat screen TV with DVD player, satellite TV, and a CD player. The french doors lead out to the terrace and pool.

There is a large ground floor double bedroom. On this floor there is also a bathroom with bath, walk in shower pod with hydro massage jets, a wc and vanity unit with basin. On the first floor there are three other bedrooms and a shower room. A large family bedroom which sleeps 4, has a double bed and two singles. A triple room, with double and single bed. A second double which can easily accommodate a cot if necessary. All the bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and offer comfort and space. The shower room is large and has a walk in shower, wc and wash hand basin. Whilst you are here why not learn to sculpt in a most beautiful and tranquil setting. Discover the hidden sculptor in you. Our sculpting workshops are relaxed, fun and for those with all levels of artistic ability. Under friendly guidance you will surprise yourself and amaze friends and family with your creations! The sculpting product, Paverpol, is 100% environmentally friendly and has a global safety hallmark.

We would all like to do more for our planet and what could be nicer than environmentally friendly art created from re-cycled materials. Workshops are held over two consecutive days from 09:30 to 17:00. Workshop Fee - £140 per person. and includes all materials. The student also takes home their finished sculpture for all to admire!

Payment by bank transfer. 25% deposit payment at time of booking, balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. £300 security deposit on arrival against possible damages.

There are no refunds for cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival date. Travel insurance is advised.
