The tranquility of Saumort is perfect for a relaxing holiday but there are also plenty of things to do here. We have a 'children's farm' to delight your family, there is also horse riding on site, a games room and a children's play area, we can arrange for you to play golf at a local course, can provide you with walking/cycling routes or why not go fishing at the premier fishing centre in Europe, Pescalis.

Our beautiful, old farm is situated in the Deux-Sèvres department which, along with the Charente, Charente-Maritime and Vienne departments, lies within the Poitou Charentes region. We receive more than 2250 hours of sunshine per year and are also fortunate enough to be close to the border with the beautiful Vendée department and so inherit much of the rolling hills and spectacular countryside from there.

The spacious farmhouse is situated well away from the road making it both safe and private. You will have exclusive use of the large swimming pool which has an excellent pool heating system (see later). The house is fully centrally heated making Saumort a great destination for holidays all year round.

All rates are in British Pound.

The property known as Saumort is offered for holiday rental subject to confirmation by Sarah Lowe to the renter.

To reserve the Property, the Client (renter) should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with payment of the initial non-refundable deposit. Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, the Owner will send a confirmation letter and invoice. This is the formal acceptance of the booking.

A security deposit of £300 for the rental period is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents. However, the sum reserved by this clause shall not limit the Client’s liability to the Owner. The Owner will account to the Client for the security deposit and refund the balance due within two weeks after the end of the rental period.

The rental period shall commence at 5.00pm on the first day and finish at 10.00am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer the accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated.
