A four bed roomed farmhouse set in it's own land. Each bedroom has en suite facilities. The two main living rooms both have log fires. The kitchen/dining room seats 10 at a magnificent oak dining table. At the rear is a large west facing conservatory afford a superb view over farm land, often with magnificent sunsets.

Normandy is famous for the D-Day landings and this property is close to all the well known places such as Ste Mere Eglise, Utah Beach, Omaha beach, etc. Bayeux and the famous tapestry depicting the conquest of England by William of Normandy is about 20 miles away and Mont St. Michele can be reached in about one and a half hours. Normandy is also famous for cider and Calvados, don't leave without giving them a try.

- Cherbourg (via RN13) : 45 minutes

- Caen (via RN13) : 1 hour

- Paris : 3 hours

All rates are in British Pounds Sterling.

- A deposit of GB£100 is required on booking. The balance of the rental is required 30 days prior to arrival.

- In addition to the balance of the rental, a refundable breakages deposit of GB£100 is required 30 days prior to arrival. This will be returned within 14 days of departure less deductions to cover any breakages.

- Prior to 90 days before arrival, there is no fee for cancellation. The booking deposit will be returned less GB£10 to cover administrative costs.

- Between 89 and 31 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booking deposit will be forfeited.

- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival date will mean forfeiture of the entire booking deposit.

- Absolutely NO PETS.

- Absolutely NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE OR CONSERVATORY.

- Please place bagged trash in the bin provided outside the house.

- Please flush the contents of one EPARCYL sachet down one toilet each Sunday.

- Please do NOT put hot objects on the kitchen table or the kitchen work surfaces unless placed on a protective mat.
