Ground floor Main entrance leading to large hallway and with hand made stairs up to the first floor. Large double/twin bedroom and en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and double sink. Large double doors lead from the bedroom to a terrace area in front of the house. There is also a laundry room on this floor.

1st floor The large open plan living/dining room with fitted kitchen is full of character and furnished with leather sofas and arm chair, large dining table seating 8-10, satellite TV and DVD. The original fireplace has a wood-burning stove, ideal for spring and autumn evenings. One door leads from the living area out onto the pool terrace, while the rear door leads down to the back garden. On this level there is also a double bedroom with en suite shower room.

Attic floorThe handmade staircase leads to the attic floor where there are two spacious bedrooms, one double with 160 bed and one with twin beds and ample space for an additional bed or cot if necessary. These two bedrooms share a shower.

Other facilitiesThe house is surrounded by garden and walnut orchards (Les Noyers!) and the large 10 x 5 metre pool with roman end is situated to the front of the house surrounded by a large terrace. There are plenty of sun loungers, barbecue, badminton net and lovely poolside flower garden.
