Villa Mydi is a delightful Provencal style home, superbly appointed and comfortable, built on two levels with large terraces and gardens (2.200 m²) and stunning views over Mediterranean Sea. Villa Mydi is just a short stroll (300m) to a magnificent and quiet sandy beach and a short drive to St Tropez with its artists boats and trendy people. The perfect home from home to enjoy your precious vacation time. There is ample garden furniture, sun lounger’s, parasols, tables and chairs, ping pong and a small jeu de boules. One of the most attractive features of Villa Mydi is its elevated position with superb views over the Mediterranean Sea and the Maures Mountains. The outside area is large with separate terraces facing the sea and mountains. First level: Hallway, large living/dining room, with flatscreen satellite TV, Hi-fi, DVD blu-ray player and internetanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlusanschlus unlimited access, open onto a large dining sun terrace tilled of terracota, with panoramic views of the beautiful Canadel bay, teak furniture and barbecue. Traditional and fully functional kitchen includes all set for a really relaxing vacation in the sun (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and all small appliances you need). The is generally ample pottery, cups, glasses,chairs inside and outside. Two bedrooms with double beds. One with balcony and panoramic sea view, one with Baby cot and view of the hills. Bathroom: bath, detached shower, separate toilet. Downstairs (ground floor) : Night area composed of two communicating bedrooms: The twin bedroom +baby cot (or double bled on request; in this one can be supplied: 1 second baby cot free of charge, or 1 single bed, additional cost: 100 euro. The master bedroom, luxury en-suite open onto large sun and cover terraces, separate toilet. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are all double with new high standard beds. Top quality white luxury cotton or percale bedlinen provided. 2 bathrooms with pretty view of the hills: one luxury en-suite, one with bath and detached shower, well fitted out and with original decor, contemporary and regional: with hairdryers, high quality white bath towels, bathrobes and toiletries Other facilities : outside shower, external laundry Villa Mydi is a baby and toddler friendly home: baby facilities are provided on request free of charges.
