The five bedrooms are of good-size and they come tastefully furnished with luxurious beds and linens. The two bathrooms are outfitted as per modern standards. Superb barbecuing provisions are also available for foodies.

Although far away from the modern city life, we provide every comfort and luxury so that you dont have to miss even a thing. Be it exercise facility or entertainment resources like TV, DVD player, video library, CD stereo we have everything in store for you. Those, who travel with their pets will find our farmhouse well suited to their requirements. The view of the back garden towards the terrace is absolutely divine. Enjoy the sun drenched terrace along with your kids . You will be in the heart of chateaux and wine country and within 15 minutes of stunning medieval towns like Loches and Montresor. Numerous shopping plazas and restaurants are located nearby.

Rates are quoted in British Pound.
A deposit of 25% rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks and money orders are accepted.

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of £50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of £75. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Smoking: There is an absolute no smoking rule in the house. Pets: while we are pet friendly please do not allow them upstairs or on the sofas. Please clean up after your pet. Damage: Please let us know if you have caused damage. We will negotiate a replacement fee rather than charge you a adage waiver. Rubbish: Please leave rubbish in appropriate bags at the end of the lane near the main road by noon on Tuesdays.
