La Lodge is a traditional 18th C farmhouse with beautiful views across the valley, set amongst woods and farmland. It offers an exclusive and private swimming pool and many extra facilities including games, snooker table, cycles and AV facilities for in-house entertainment on the rare days that the sun might not shine.

The fenced pool at the front of the house has an ample paved lounging area and grassed play area with swings; and to the rear of the property a paved patio invites quiet lounging with views across the valley, or alfresco dining.
A bathroom and two bedrooms on the the ground floor of the house make the property highly suitable for those with limited mobility, whilst a further shower room/WC and three bedrooms upstairs offer flexibility for a second family to enjoy privacy.

Chez Ruffaud is situated 13 km East of Ruffec (midway between Poitiers and Angouleme)on the D740 road to Champagne Mouton;and is easily accessed from "low-cost" airports at Poitiers, Limoges, La Rochelle Bergerac or Bordeaux.

Deposit of 20% of total cost upon booking (non-refundable) . Balance within 30 days of holiday start date plus refundable security bond of £300.

You are advised to take out personal insurance against the need to cancel your vacation as booking fees are not refundable within 30 days of start of your vacation.

Furniture may be moved within the house but must be returned without damage to its original location before you depart. Any accidents or damage must be reported to the local agent before departure.You are responsible at all times for the safety of your party within the grounds of La Lodge. This particularly applies to the maintenance of safety measures in the vicinity of the pool. No glass must be used in the pool area.
